Stephen L. Patterson
A Certified Building Official and Building Inspector for 35 years, Steve’s professional experience is extensive, having worked for and with both local and state government jurisdictions.
Appointed by Governor Lamm to serve on the State of Colorado Contractors License Board. Appointed by Governor Wilson to serve on California State Contractors License Board. Elected President of California Building Officials (CALBO), representing 550 local municipalities.
